What is Peanches, you may ask? Well, it's the way chef and owner Pete Peterman's late mother pronounced the word peaches.  What else is it? It's KC's hottest new restaurant serving contemporary regional Missouri cuisine. Reservations are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome to wait at the bar with a cocktail until a table becomes available. The ever-changing prix fixe dinner menu features four courses of chef Peterson's choice, and popular items include Missoura style crab cake with caper remoulade, Roasted pork tenderloin, foie gras poele with fried bread, and poached pear with cream cheese.
